Use 1-2 teaspoons to 1 cup of boiled water, 3 times daily. Steep for 10 minutes. For menstrual problems take just before beginning of cycle, 1 cup every 2-3 hours can be used. Half dose for teenagers.
Not suitable for children under 12.Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption of herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if a medical condition is present, whilst taking prescription medication or if surgery is scheduled.
