You may know of guar from the food additive guar gum, which is used as a thickener in foods due to its high viscosity (ability to thicken). PHGG is different to guar gum because it is “pre-digested” using hydrolysation, reducing it’s thickening actions but keeping the same gut-loving properties. As PHGG ferments slowly, it is FODMAP friendly making it ideal for those who are sensitive to other great but rapid fermenting fibres like inulin and fructooligosaccharides.
Mix 3.5 g (approx. 2 teaspoons) of Morlife Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum with water, juices, smoothies, yoghurt, cereals or any other foods.
