MenstroCare contains ingredients clinically shown or traditionally used to:
- Maintain a normal healthy balance of hormones in women.
- For the relief of PMS and management of irregular menstruation: The combination of traditional Chinese herbs and nutrients helps to relieve both emotional and physical premenstrual symptoms. In a study of women with premenstrual tension, vitamin B6 was shown to significantly reduce PMS associated headaches in 87% of women. Vitamin B6 also considerably reduced oedema, bloating and irritability. Ginger has been clinically shown to be effective in relieving dysmenorrhea via its anti-prostaglandin effects. Vitex agnus-castus helps to relieve both physical and emotional symptoms associated with PMS.
