- NO ADDED sugar, gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, milk, eggs, nuts, shellfish, artificial colours and flavours. Non-GMO.
WARNING: Zinc may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. The maximum recommended daily dose for adults is 50mg. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
