Age Dosage Frequency
- 2-5 yrs: 2.5 mL 3 times per day
- 6-9 yrs: 5 mL 3 times per day
- 9-16 yrs: 5 mL 3 times per day
- Adults: 5-7.5 mL 3 times per day
