Directions for use as per label
Mix 1 level teaspoons (approx. 5g) in a glass of water or juice and take as a beverage ½ hr before meals 1-3 times a day or as directed. Do not exceed recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Store in a cool dry place below 25°C.
