Dispensed in 200mL amber glass jar with lid adaptor + 5mL syringe for easy dosing.

Combines hydrogen peroxide (3%) with prebiotic lactulose to help restore and maintain a healthy Lactobacillus-dominant vaginal environment. Helps quickly restore a healthy acidic vaginal pH — essential for reducing pathogenic bacteria and supporting natural defences.

Active BV Protocol:

  • 10 mL irrigation once daily for 5–7 days
  • Best performed in the bath or shower to minimise mess
  • Use syringe to insert 10 mL into the vaginal canal, allowing liquid to wash through naturally
  • Do not rinse vagina post-application; simply pat dry externally

Prevention / Maintenance Protocol:

  • 10 mL irrigation 1–2 times weekly or following known risk factors (e.g. after antibiotics, post-intercourse)

Or as prescribed by your practitioner.

Ingredients (total volume 200 mL):

  • 150 mL of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Solution
  • 50 mL of Lactulose

  • Do not use during pregnancy or if trying to conceive (hydrogen peroxide component may alter cervical mucus)
  • Discontinue if significant irritation, burning, or hypersensitivity occurs.
  • Should not replace appropriate medical management for complicated, severe, or recurrent BV — can be used as adjunctive care.
  • Not for continuous, long-term daily use — cycle with maintenance protocols
