Qiara for pregnancy and breasting is probiotic specifically formulated for mothers and babies.
Mastitis is a common infection/inflammation of the mammary gland which often presents in breastfeeding women.
Qiara (formulated through the isolation of Lactobacillus Fermentum (CECT5716 ) has been clinically proven to treat mastitis and prevent infections in babies.
The bacteria used to formulate Qiara is cultured from the breast of mild of healthy women. CECT5716 are safely ingested by infants and they adapt to reside in the digestive tract hence assisting with their immunity.

How to take Qiara?
Take 1 sachet(stick) daily. The contents of the sachet should be mixed with water juice or milk, stirred and consumed immediately.
You may take up to 2 sachets of Qiara per day.
It is recommended for you to take Qiara during the last trimester of pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding until baby is six months of age.
Dosage can be continued through entire period of breastfeeding and beyond.
How to store Qiara?
There is no need to keep Qiara in the fridge provided it is stored below 25C. So if you live in a warm or tropical climate where the inside temperature regularly exceeds 25C, then you should store it in the refrigerator when you get it home.
