Wash the bottle with warm soapy water first.
Fill the bottle with lukewarm, pre-boiled water to the fill line (usually 200ml).
Add one sachet of powder and shake until dissolved.
Lean over a basin, tilt head down, and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Breathe through your mouth and gently squeeze the bottle until the solution drains from the other nostril.
Repeat on the other side.
Adults and children (4+ under adult supervision).
