Price Match Policy
Here at Natural Chemist our primary focus is on providing you with expert advice and access to the highest quality health products. We also pride ourselves in offering great value to our customers.
That is why we have a price match policy - that is we will match competitors current final price.
Do I need to show proof?
Yes. We will need to be able to confirm the product(s) current price by checking online. Sending us a screenshot of the competitors site is usually the quickest method.
What are the terms and conditions?
The decision on whether to match a price is made on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion. In general we will match prices that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be identical, including brand, size, product.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, or discount.
- Competitor must be an authorised reseller in Australia and ship from Australia. We will not match against auction or marketplace websites, eg: ebay
- Competitor must have item in stock. If Natural Chemist does not have the item currently in stock then it must be available from one of our regular suppliers.
- We reserve the right to limit the price match offer to one item per customer, where we believe products are not being purchased for personal use.
- Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.
- Competitor's conditions may apply. Eg: Delivery fees, methods of payment etc.
- Competitor's price must be current on day or purchase.
