Directions

Adult Dose: Take one or two lozenges daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Dissolve slowly in the mouth. Do not exceed 5 lozenges per day. Continue with dose until the bottle is emptied. **Do not store.**

Warnings

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts for a long period. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains glucose. Contains sucrose.
