Active ingredient per tablet: Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome powder 400mg.
Adults: Take two to three tablets half an hour before travelling, then one tablet every two hours.
Children 6-12 years: Take two tablets half an hour before travelling, then half to one every two hours, depending on severity.
Children under 6 years: As professionally prescribed.
